AN INTRO POST

Do I get any points for accidentally managing to delete my previous "Friends Mostly" entry? No? Okay.

My journal entries are friends-locked by default; they tend to be boring but personal. Some fandom-related entries are unlocked.

That being said, comment if you want to be added. If I know you in real life or online, I'll probably add you. And I really don't have any qualms about friending strangers either, so if you're either a) sane or b) suffering from similar sanity deficiencies as I am, I'll probably add you, as well. :) I'm not a very frequent commenter, but I do attempt to read almost everything on my friends list.

I had to drudge up my ancient HTML knowledge to create this table for my icons (it's "Alphabet Icons" week over at diagon_elite), so I'm re-posting here to share my hard work, both icon-wise and table-wise.

Guess what. I made icons. Be impressed; this happens about once a year, so excuse me if I'm a little rusty. It started out with me trying to make a new music-related icon for myself, and then it spun out of control. And I really have no explanation for the random Jake Epstein icon, except that I had a theme going (kinda) and then it just happened. (And he's a musician TOO, you know.) I'm sorry.

Having been delighted by the recent "send me a random mp3 through YouSendIt" meme, I thought it would be fun to set up an anonymous mp3 pen pal project, and since a survey of people on my friendlist revealed that other people would be interested in a project like this, I decided to set up m3p3: Mystery Music Mates, Pirating Pen Pals. (And sadly, you won't believe how long it took us to come up with that name.)
